◆氣浮設備產品簡介

氣浮裝置是在一定條件下將大量空氣溶于水中，形成溶氣水，作為工作介質，通過釋放器驟然減壓，快速釋放，產生大量微細氣泡粘附于經過混凝反應后廢水中的“礬花”上，使絮體快速上浮，從而迅速地除去水中的污染物質，達到凈水的目的。

◆工作原理

溶氣系統是整個氣浮工藝的關鍵部分，溶氣系統產生微細氣泡的質量直接影響氣浮效果。本系統采用的溶氣設備是溶氣筒，在2.5～4kg/cm2的壓力環境下，將空氣溶于水中。壓力水通過釋放器后，溶氣水被消能釋放，水中將釋放出多余空氣，這樣在通過液體時小氣泡自然地形成，且氣泡非常小，它的直徑在約5－20微米。我們現在已改進了溶氣方式，溶氣筒直徑在150毫米至500毫米之間，空氣通過進氣管進入溶氣筒中的特制的空氣粉碎裝置，與回流水充分混合，溶氣筒的壓力只要控制在3.8Bar左右即可。再不需要操作人員現場監控，設備可自行平穩運行。

◆設備構造

    ●氣浮系統集進水、絮凝、分離、集水、出水于一體，與傳統氣浮設備類似，設有一個穩流室、溶氣釋放室，使處理性能更穩定，效果更好。

●穩定室：通過折板反應的原水，流速很高，若直接與溶氣水接觸，會消散微小氣泡，影響氣泡沾附絮體效果，從而降低氣浮處理效率，若增加了穩流室，使湍流的原水動能消耗，勻速進入溶氣水釋放室，從而有力了去除效果。
