氣浮機射流在高速前進過程中,在分散器內高速旋轉的作用下,具有較高的角速度,使射流具有較強的穿透力,使微小氣泡在水中行程遠,增強攪拌、推流與增氧能力。
本氣浮機設備能使泥水與空氣在射流器內產生較高的負壓和強烈的紊動、攪拌、剪切,促使液膜與氣膜高頻振蕩,負氣泡直徑大幅度減小,氣泡數量增多,增大氣泡的比表面積,同時也負氣液膜變薄,能極大地降低傳質阻力,使氧分子更好地從氣相轉移到液相。
運行時,水泵葉輪在潛水電機帶動下高速旋轉,將泥水混合物推入射流器形成射流,在射流附近產生負壓區,將空氣通過吸氣管吸入射流噴嘴負壓區,在射流器的喉管內進行氣、水、泥充分混合,又通過射流器的擴散管將射流的動能逐步轉變成壓能后進入散流器。在散流器內,氣、水、泥混合物進一步混合,迫負氣體繼承剪切、破碎摧毀并氣浮乳化,絕大部門氧充分溶解于水中。同時,在射流流體壓力的作用下,射流攜帶氧分子和微小氣泡,從散流器的噴嘴中傾斜向下噴出、擴散,形成對水體和對生化池底部污泥沖擊、攪拌后,由池底緩緩上升至水面,微氣泡在水中停留時間一般長達30秒以上,使空氣中的氧充分被溶解和吸收,進步了氧轉移效率和充氧能力。
