氣浮的分類和適用范圍

⑴分類:

①電解氣浮法:運行時借助電極解作用,在兩個電極區不斷產生氫、氧和氯氣等微氣泡,廢水中的懸浮顆粒黏附于氣泡上上浮到水面而被去除。工藝簡單,設備小,但電耗大。

②散氣氣浮法:是空氣通過微細孔擴散裝置或微孔管或葉輪后,以微小氣泡的形式分布在污水中進行氣浮處理的過程。

優點:簡單易行。

缺點:氣泡較大,氣浮效果不好。

③溶氣氣浮法:

包括加壓溶氣氣浮和溶氣真空氣浮,加壓溶氣氣浮是空氣在加壓條件下溶于水中,而在常壓下析出。(國內外較常用)

溶氣真空氣浮是空氣在常壓或加壓條件下溶于水中,在負壓條件下析出。

⑵(氣浮法)適用范圍:

①分離懸浮油和乳化油

②可代替活性污泥法的二沉池對曝氣池出流混合液進行固液分離

③可分離工業廢水中的有用物質(如紙漿)

④可分離以分子或離子狀態存在的物質(如金屬離子、表面活性物質等)

3.加壓溶氣氣浮法

⑴系統組成:包括溶氣系統、空氣釋放裝置、氣浮設備池

⑵工藝流程分類:

①全溶氣流程②部分溶氣流程③回流加壓溶氣流程

⑶溶氣方式:

水泵吸水管吸氣溶氣方式、水泵壓水管射流溶氣方式和水泵-空氣壓縮機組合溶氣方式

⑷加壓溶氣氣浮的優點:

①加壓情況下,水中空氣溶解度大,能提供足夠的溶氣量,以滿足不同的氣浮要求;

②突然減壓釋放產生的氣泡直徑小(20~100 ),粒徑均勻,微氣泡上浮穩定,對液體的擾動小,特別適用于松散絮體和細小顆粒的固液分離;

③流程簡單,維護管理方便。

⑸氣浮池形式:

①平流式氣浮池:

被處理的廢水由池一端的下部進入接觸區,微氣泡與廢水進行均勻混合,使其中的懸浮顆粒黏附于氣泡上,廢水經隔板進入氣浮分離區進行分離后,水中污染物隨氣泡一起上浮到水面上,經刮渣設備刮除。
